Objective: To discover and experience yoga in its most original form.
Description: We can thank the Ancient Egyptian civilization for their many contributions to the sciences, mathematics, technologies, and philosophical thought. And while many of us have been taught that yoga started in India, we can actually thank the Ancient Egyptians for that too!
Join us for a workshop where we learn more about this ancient form of yoga and the many benefits it can have for our modern lives today. There will be a brief lecture followed by a guided class where we will connect to our breath, our bodies, our ancestors, and our divinity within.
