With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to feel defeated, helpless, and unmotivated. But it’s important now more than ever, to make time for yourself. It can feel selfish but as Mahatma Gandhi said “If you want to change the world, start with yourself.” One part of focusing on yourself is co-creating a life you want and like. Doing this starts with identifying areas in your life that you are willing and ready to change or conquer. This workshop is designed to help mamas do just that. We’ll journal, flow, meditate and journal some more to ensure you walk away feeling ready to claim your victory.
