Join @eoeflow and I for a 2-week workshop preparing you for a supported pregnancy and birth.
You and your support person (partner, doula, friend, sibling, parent, etc.) will experience deep connection as you engage in prenatal yoga together. You'll receive empowering information around birth and your choices. And most importantly, you'll experience deep relaxation with a sound bath.
